Solution Design & Engineering:

Contact us if you are too busy keeping your station on the air to design a system to address a new service, or if you have a problem that you are trying to solve within an identified budget yet have no idea where to begin or what equipment will be required. Our experts can tell you if your problem can be solved within your budget and will design a solution solving your problem.

DTV Innovations will provide workflow recommendations, detailed system drawings, equipment pick lists – including substitutions, implementation timelines, solution capabilities and limitations, and make recommendations for who to contact for procurement, system installation and ongoing support. Cost for this service varies widely and will be quoted on a case-by-case basis after agreeing upon project scope and responsibilities.

RFP Creation:

If you have been tasked with the responsibility of replacing an aging system or are needing to expand services or capabilities to and existing solution, contact us to learn how we can ensure that you obtain the best value while fully addressing your current requirements, all while considering your future needs to avoid obsolescence.

Our Solutions Engineering Team will work closely with your Team to ensure that all aspects of your requirements are addressed in a formal and detailed RFP complete with a list of recommended recipients who have the expertise to best complete your project on time and on budget.

Design Validation:

Already have a design created by in-house staff, or one provided by a third party that you need validated before going all in? Provide us with the details so we can validate that the overall design will solve your problem or enable you to provide the desired services in the most cost-effective manner.

Our Solutions Engineering Team will review your existing design, make recommendations for equipment substitution (due to possible obsolescence, single source inclusions, better value, enhanced capabilities, vendor reputation, etc.); workflow revisions to identify and resolve areas of concern including single point of failure; security; reliability; and operational or support complexity. Cost for this service depends largely upon the complexity of the system design and will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.

Turnkey Systems Integration:

Our Solutions Engineering and Support Teams willingly accept the challenge of procuring, receiving, labeling, staging, validating, documenting, disassembling, transporting, auditing, installing, and commissioning systems – large or small – under aggressive schedules. Our Team will train your staff on how to operate and maintain the solution and ensure that you are 100% comfortable with it prior to departing your premises.

Support Services:

We offer ongoing remote support after the installation, providing your Operations Team with peace of mind that we will be there (remotely) to assist with any future issues. The first year of support and software upgrades are typically included at no additional fee for most of the systems we sell. We also offer extended and custom support agreements – including on-site support – with agreed to SLAs on a custom quote basis. Hourly support is also an option for those who choose not to enter into an annual or multi-year support agreement for whatever reason.

For the quickest resolution to any issues covered by the support agreement, our engineers will require remote access to the equipment. We prefer using TeamViewer, but can support other methods provided that they are tested and agreed to in advance of any event.

Extended Warranty:

All equipment comes with a 12-month factory warranty. Extended warranties are available for purchase provided that the initial or extended term has not already expired.
