DTV Innovations has announced the completion of Hubei Radio TV DSNG Project

Elgin, IL, December 28, 2018 – DTV Innovations with its partner Gension & Waltai Digital Video System Co,. Ltd has announced the completion of Hubei Radio TV DSNG Project. Hubei Radio TV has chosen DTV Innovations’ Gryphon PVE-3 Professional Video Encoders, Venom 2150 1+1 L-Band Redundancy switch, and Falcon HMR Series Professional Video Receivers for their latest DSNG project.

The Gryphon PVE-3 (formerly TITAN-3) is a compact, lightweight, video encoder providing exceptional value. It supports standard and high-definition MPEG-2 and MPEG-4 encoding up to 4:2:2 10-bit. The key attributes of the encoder include ultra-low latency, operational ease-of-use, rapid boot up, and high reliability, all in a platform that is field upgradeable.

The Venom 2150 is a professional grade, state-of-the-art, and high availability IF or L-band Redundancy Switch providing 1:1 redundancy protection for modulators.

The Falcon HMR series offers an unprecedented combination of features, performance, and reliability at an industry-leading value. Both versions of the Falcon HMR support SD and HD resolutions, and MPEG-2 and MPEG-4 decoding.
