All of DTV’s systems including both hardware and software are fully covered by our support plan during the first year of ownership.

Extended Support after the first year
At the conclusion of your first year of owning our equipment, our support services can be purchased for a twelve month renewable license.  As a part of our extended support plan, you will be elevated to priority response from our service department. Included with the license you will receive periodic email notifications of any software updates that are released along with links to free downloads and instructions. 

In addition, we will replace faulty hardware at cost plus shipping charges.

Hourly Support Plan after the first year
If purchasing our extended support plan is not desired, we offer our support services on a time and an incident basis. 

On-Site Support
We offer on-site support for our products.
