Our Company is committed to building a long-term partnership with our customers by making both the purchase and implementation process of our products a straightforward, easy experience. This means delivering a high quality solution backed by our commitment to provide the most superior technical support in the industry.

All of our systems including both hardware and software are fully covered by our support plan during the first year of ownership.

Extended Support after the first year

At the conclusion of your first year of ownership, a new support contract can be purchased in either a 1, 2 or 3 year contract. As a part of our extended support plan, you will be elevated to priority response from our service department. Included with the contract you will receive periodic email notifications regarding software or firmware updates that are released along with links to free downloads and instructions.

In addition, we will replace faulty equipment at no cost including shipping charges.

Hourly Support Plan after the first year

If purchasing our extended support plan is not desired, we offer support services on a time and an incident basis.
