PSIP Cloud Overview

PSIP.Cloud is a Cloud based PSIP generator providing stations with the ability to manage and generate PSIP data (electronic program guide) without the cost of buying and maintaining expensive equipment. After logging in, PSIP.Cloud appears as if you have a PSIP generator at your station.

PSIP.Cloud is a true implementation of distributed cloud computing which enables either a single station or network to broadcast PSIP from a centralized, remote location.

PSIP.Cloud utilizes our virtual server technology (VST) to enable deployment of PSIP engines on an IP-based hardware platform. Each virtual PSIP has a unique and isolated computing environment in order to achieve maximum reliability, performance and scalability while being maintenance free for the end user. PSIP.Cloud is a complete PSIP system which functions exactly as our regular standalone PSIP Pro generator. Each PSIP.Cloud maintains EPG and channel related data for each assigned transport stream. It outputs PSIP data to an associated multiplexer via protected, yet high speed IP network.
