Prior to joining DTV, Andy served as a Vice President at Mercantile Capital Group based in Northbrook, Illinois. As a Vice President he served on the Board of directors as well as oversaw several of the firm’s portfolio investments. In addition, Andy provided due diligence analysis on several investment opportunities.
Andy has assisted companies in the sale and acquisition of their business, obtained equity and debt financing, and provided workout services for troubled companies while working as an independent consultant for investment banking firms in Chicago and New York City. Prior to working in the investment banking field, Andy seven years as the COO/CFO of a manufacturing company purchased out of bankruptcy in the packaging machinery industry in New York.
Andy is a licensed attorney in Illinois and a CPA. He has seven years experience practicing both law and accounting in Chicago. He received a BS in accounting from Indiana University, Bloomington in 1984 and his JD degree from Washington University, St. Louis in 1988.
