Program Guide software to include mobile- handheld
Electronic Service Guide (ESG) to help broadcasters who
desire a complete and robust mobile solution. Our new M/H
Electronic Service Guide Generator, ESG Pro provides for
broadcasting services for ATSC M/H systems, and is fully
compliant with ATSC A/153 candidate standard parts 3 & 4.


Functionality

ESG Pro offers IP interfaces to external metadata providers,
and outputs IP-based service guide data to M/H service
multiplexers. DTV's ESG Pro can be purchased as a
standalone M/H ESG generator or as an add-on module to an
existing DTVi PSIP Pro System. DTV's Integrated Guide
Generator (PSIP Pro & ESG Pro) provides broadcasters with
the ability to manage both the terrestrial and M/H services
from one device.
